Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at LAPOINTE FISH WEST LIMITED. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our customers.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Working Conditions:
