We are retained by a leading global building products manufacturer with a strong presence in the commercial HVAC space.

As a Technical Support Manager, you will oversee warranty and technical support workflows, managing a team of six direct reports.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing warranty and technical support flows
  • Handling field training, warranty, and delivery issues that require coordination between field and factory
  • Driving growth while sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in building and managing an after sales support team and infrastructure
  • Strong technical knowledge of products and systems in the HVAC industry
  • Ability to read construction drawings, layouts, and electrical, hydraulic schematics
