Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at Jacobs Catering Ltd. as a permanent position.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, and maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
The Executive Chef will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas, ordering supplies and equipment, and managing kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Order supplies and equipment
- Manage kitchen operations
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Will train
- Criminal record check
The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and attention to detail required.
