As a Community Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch concierge services, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and supporting our clients with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hotel-style front desk concierge services, including administrative tasks.
  • Build a professional reputation through excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • E nsure property rules and regulations are upheld.
  • Support Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required.

Requirements:

  • A valid Ontario Security Guard Licence in good standing.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven customer service experience of 2 or more years.
  • An enthusiastic attitude towards working as part of a responsible and capable team.
  • Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage.

Estimated Salary: $17.40 - $18.80 per hour.
