Marketing Communications Specialist

At Ontario Inc, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in marketing communications. Key responsibilities include evaluating communication strategies, preparing written materials, and coordinating special events. The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized and accurate, and have a client-focused approach. This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs
  • Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, and website content
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other material
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications material
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies
  • Conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years of experience in marketing communications
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organized and accurate
