Job Description
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines that ensure seamless operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our management team, ensuring timely meetings and follow-ups.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls and relaying messages in a professional manner.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries promptly and efficiently, addressing client concerns and queries.
  • Analyze data, statistics, and other information to provide valuable insights for business decisions.
  • Source and purchase office supplies, maintaining accurate inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
  • Greet clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Organize and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum requirement.
  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
