Job Title: Site Supervisor

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Supervise and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work is being carried out to the required standards.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including timesheets, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed to the required standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that all projects are completed safely and efficiently.
- Strong experience and knowledge in emergency mitigation and restoration processes and project scheduling.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory/foreman role within the restoration, emergency, or related industry, with a proven track record of managing crews/trades.
- In-depth understanding of reconstruction practices for properties affected by water, wind, mold, fire, and vandalism damage.
- Knowledge of Canadian building codes and related electrical, plumbing, or mechanical regulations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Xactimate is an asset.
- Basic accounting skills, including invoicing, billing, and general math.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team with a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including material handling, lifting, climbing ladders, wearing a respirator, and working in tight spaces (attics, basements, crawlspaces).
