About the Role:
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of site structures, including tents, containers, trailers, and fencing. This will involve coordinating with internal teams to ensure that all necessary earthwork needs are met, including landscaping and grading.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate site installations and equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and maintain work documents to track progress and ensure compliance
- Manage site crews and allocate tasks as needed, including timesheet and daily tracking
- Coordinate team leaders and assign tasks according to schedule
- Ensure that safety instructions are followed and that all necessary safety protocols are in place
- Coordinate waste management and perform all other related tasks
- Drive telescopic forklift and manage site maintenance
Requirements:
