About the Role
Magil Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for providing overall on-site management, administrative direction, and technical direction on project construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for all site employees and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor performance to ensure the best quality and maintain project timelines, adhering to Company and project policies.
- Champion on-site workplace safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Communicate all delays, issues, and updates to the management team, providing timely and accurate information.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience (or similar) in the construction industry.
- Technical trade diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control, engineer drawings, and other documents.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and accountability, with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
