Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Project Management
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish, including preparing schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, conducting regular site inspections and audits.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to minimize risks and prevent accidents.
- Communication and Administration
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
- Prepare and submit reports, bids, and other documentation as required.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a construction or related field.

- Work outdoors in a construction site environment.
