Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team at Canadian Sofa Solution Ltd. as a Maintenance and Repair Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and furniture.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waxing floors, as well as making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Facilities Management: Clean windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and perform minor repairs on appliances.
- Groundskeeping: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, handling heavy loads, and physically demanding
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and reliable
This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
