Job Summary

Nexus Systems Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Analyst to join our team. As an IT Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Exchange environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement technical solutions for Exchange environments
  • Install and configure MS Exchange, including pre-requisites, in pre-production and production environments
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate environment readiness
  • Migrate mail flow from old to new environments
  • Collaborate with Windows OS and Networking teams during project execution
Candidate Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Analyst
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience with creating and running PowerShell scripts
  • 6-8+ years of experience with supporting and troubleshooting Windows Server (2016, 2019)
  • Foundational knowledge of Active Directory
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Microsoft Office 365 experience
  • Azure Active Directory experience
  • Microsoft Certifications for Windows and Active Directory
Soft Skills
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills
Education

Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related experience in the IT field
