Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Global Canadian Workforce Corporation. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments.
  • Office Management
    • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor and maintain office equipment, including printers, copiers, and computers.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Experience with spreadsheet software and data entry.
    • Familiarity with office management software and systems.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude.
    Requirements
    • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
    • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
