Job Title: Administrative OfficerAbout the Role:

We are seeking an experienced administrative officer to join our team at NEW PRINCE TIRES INC.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures and ensure their effective implementation.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and oversee the completion of tasks.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including the administration of policies and procedures related to the release of records.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to a salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and a retirement savings plan.
