Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at 2264060 Ontario Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including food preparation, service, and cleaning.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive excellent service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage our restaurant's budget, ensuring that we are operating within our financial targets.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our team members, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our high standards, implementing quality control measures as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Language: English.
- Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
