About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3-4 employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 3-4 employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and safe store environment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Performance Management: Monitor employee performance, provide feedback and coaching, and implement corrective action when necessary.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
