About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at 2264060 Ontario Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including food preparation, service, and maintenance of a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, including forecasting revenue and expenses, to ensure that our restaurant is operating within budget.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop our team members, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of quality and consistency in all aspects of our operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
