About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they leave the restaurant satisfied.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to management.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods and physically demanding tasks.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues.
