Job Title: Shift Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with employees, management, and guests, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned with the restaurant's goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the food service industry.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
