Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Development Executive to join our team at Countryhills Auto Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive growth and expansion in the market.

About Us: Countryhills Auto Sales is a reputable automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and high-quality customer service
  • Plan and execute development projects to increase revenue and market share
  • Recruit and manage a team of 3-4 people to support business growth
  • Analyze market trends and develop marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Benefits:

About the Role:
