About the Role

CDW is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing training solutions that support our business strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program that aligns with our business objectives
  • Design and deliver training sessions for employees across various departments, including classroom management, training record maintenance, testing and measurement processes, self-paced learning, e-learning, and partner training
  • Coach new employees to build required skills, analyze program participant needs, and develop individualized plans to meet identified needs
  • Participate in project teams to design and develop participant and instructional materials

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in training or facilitation, or 2+ years of experience as a CDW employee
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, facilitate change, and delegate responsibilities
  • Aptitude for new concepts and technologies with the ability to quickly apply them in practical ways
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the technology industry and/or education
  • Facilitation experience with a track record of increasing participant knowledge, performance, and effectiveness
