The significance of your role:

As a Senior Learning Advisor, you play a crucial role in strengthening the leadership capabilities within our organization. By partnering with various business units, you will design and execute impactful learning initiatives that boost the productivity and efficiency of the organization. Your proficiency in learning and skill enhancement is essential for the success of this position.

  • Create leadership programs to develop essential leadership skills
  • Promote accountability and influence throughout the organization
  • Champion purpose-driven leadership within the company

Your key responsibilities:

Leadership Development Initiatives

  • Execute Softchoice's leadership development framework
  • Oversee the Leadership Academy Program
  • Collaborate to embed leadership content into training plans
  • Partner with stakeholders to retain top talent
  • Facilitate career development and coaching opportunities
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices

Sales Leadership Support

  • Assist in the training and enablement of sales leaders
  • Serve as a Leadership Subject Matter Expert for sales training
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales, training, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in people leadership
  • Strong coaching and development capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation
