About the Role

The Director of Enterprise Accounts will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for large-scale clients at The Ladders. Reporting directly to the Vice-President of Sales, this individual will oversee a team of experienced Enterprise Account Managers, guiding them to achieve exceptional client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for enterprise clients, aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth and retention.
  • Monitor sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to optimize results.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in enterprise sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
