Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
Computer and Technology Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Work Experience
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position with 32-35 hours per week
  • Fluency in English language
