Job Summary:

CARELANCE JANITORIAL LTD. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to review and evaluate new administrative procedures. This role involves establishing work priorities, overseeing office administrative procedures, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including assembling data and preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Work Environment and Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Personal Suitability:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Work Details:
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
