Administrative Coordinator

Rio Clean is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
You will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will need to resolve conflict situations, monitor and evaluate, and implement marketing activities.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a private sector setting. You will need to have strong computer and technology skills, including electronic schedulers and MS Office.
The work environment will be in a business setting, and you will be required to work 30 hours per week. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English.
