Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise on fire prevention and process safety engineering, ensuring alignment with company and international standards.
- Conduct thorough reviews of new projects to ensure design and operational requirements meet safety standards.
- Offer technical support during design-related evaluations of company facilities, assessing design, operations, and maintenance procedures.
- Analyze fire incidents and process safety events, determining root causes and proposing remedial actions.
- Develop comprehensive training programs on process safety and fire prevention engineering.
- Apply risk analysis techniques to identify potential corporate risk exposure and devise cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with external agencies and serve as the company's authority on fire prevention engineering standards.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering.
- 10+ years of industry experience in oil and gas, petrochemicals, or related fields.
- Dedicated experience in addressing technical safety and fire prevention engineering matters.
- Professional Engineering licensing/certification/registration in Fire Protection Engineering is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
