Pest Management Services Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pest Management Services Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our pest management services and products to residential customers.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in business-to-business sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our customer service team to identify new sales opportunities and provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Sell our pest management services and products to residential customers over the phone and in person
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Work closely with our customer service team to identify new sales opportunities and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales, preferably in the pest control industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and bonuses. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
