Job SummaryWe are seeking an Inside Sales Professional to join our team in selling and upselling our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and current clientele. This role involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, maintaining a customer-focused approach, and consistently achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage inbound daily sales calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication with customers.
- Maintain a high closing rate and convert customer call-ins into our Year Round Protection Plan.
- Achieve and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target, driving new business revenue through various sources.
- Clearly identify and execute the Inside Sales 6-Step Sales Approach, prioritizing customer satisfaction and needs.
- Foster strong relationships with existing customers, converting single-purchase customers into loyal clients.
- Participate in Residential Campaigns for both new and existing customers, effectively executing outbound and SMS campaigns as needed.
- 1+ year of successful experience in a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
- Proven track record of driving sales results and achieving goals, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
- Strong multitasking skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and meet performance expectations.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
