Rentokil Initial is a world-class organization seeking a skilled Sales Professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.

Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects. You will communicate with perspective residential clients over the telephone to sell our value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage inbound daily sales calls to convert customer call-ins to our Year Round Protection Plan
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly Base Line Sales Target
  • Clearly identify and utilize Company designed sales process to sell our Pest Management Services and Products
  • Follow up on all Proposed/Proposed and Sold/Proposed within 48 hours
  • Re-solicitation calls to convert single purchase customers into Pest Free 365
  • Work with Commercial Sales Representatives in Region/Zone to assist in setting appointments for prospects using a Company CRM
  • Assisting with data entry and entering jobs in off-season and when time permits
  • No Cold Calling
  • Effectively manage 100 calls through outbound daily sales calls on web leads, follow-up attempts, campaign follow-up calls, and overflow of inbound sales calls
  • Effectively manage 30-40 incoming daily sales calls during peak selling season
  • Make a minimum set of 85-100 outbound phone calls daily during non-peak season

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Two years of experience in Business to Business sales
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • High level of organization skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Prioritize work without direct supervision
  • Call Center Sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
  • Comfortable sitting for long periods of time in a call center environment
  • Listening skills are essential
  • Quality and customer-oriented
  • Action-oriented and self-motivated
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search
