About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automation Strategy Leader to spearhead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and optimize our supply chain strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset with hands-on experience in implementing process improvements, driving change, and ensuring a robust supply chain.

This role involves:

  • Developing and executing a roadmap for our business model (ABM) at ATS and leading as a champion with ATS Industrial Automation
  • Providing formal and informal ABM training and coaching
  • Promoting and facilitating development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership
  • Driving ABM culture and building ABM excellence within the organization
  • Benchmarking and incorporating best practices within ATS and outside organizations
  • Evaluating and appointing a Global ATS Supply Chain Leader who would drive the Supply Chain objectives
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors, and industry experts to stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field and possess certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies. Additionally, they will have:

  • A proven track record of leading successful improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or service environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • An innovative thinker with a passion for excellence and a commitment to lifelong learning

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, we provide:
