Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Support Service Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, identifying process improvement opportunities, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Support team in identifying process improvement opportunities and increasing efficiencies within the department.
  • Assist the Support team with error identification and troubleshooting of current platforms and processes.
  • Assist the Support team in creating and establishing regular reporting to ensure data accuracy.
  • Oversee the implementation of new clients and services using the client implementation standard operating procedures.
  • Establish and document standard operating procedures for the team.
  • Coordinate and lead training for the team when new technology and processes are introduced.
  • Evaluate and modify standard protocols and procedures as needed to support new business and technology.
  • Manage data load process.
  • Liaise with the OnBrand360 Product Manager as needed to communicate and prioritize needed enhancements.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing for any new software releases and enhancements.
  • Assist with the creation, documentation, and execution of new hire training.
  • Lead or participate in ongoing projects.
  • Ensure all client data is accurate, including work orders and billing, through regular reports and direct engagement with the Support Team.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of customer support and administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and Salesforce.
  • Experience balancing and prioritizing external and internal requests.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Available to work Monday-Friday.
