Financial Services Associate

Job Summary
RBC Dominion Securities is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join a well-established advisory team. As an Associate, you will play a crucial role in growing the business by providing exceptional and efficient service, taking care of administrative duties related to client accounts, and responding to client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional servicing of incoming contacts from clients, advisors, and internal/external partners
- Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, including client account management
- Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations
- Request information and documentation from clients to maintain up-to-date client files
- Prepare mailings, such as seminars, newsletters, and information packages
- Coordinate meetings for Investment Advisors, print and distribute reports
- Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
Requirements
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will serve clients and do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
