We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our Travel Insurance Operations team at Intact Financial Corporation.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours a week, with a hybrid work model that balances remote work with in-person interactions.
As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Selling travel insurance to new clients and serving existing clients with insightful advice.
- Processing insurance transactions in accordance with underwriting and compliance guidelines.
- Using established procedures in a computerized environment.
- Obtaining and maintaining provincial licenses.
**Requirements**
