Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Investment Advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of client inquiries and requests via telephone and email
  • Support Investment Advisors with general administrative duties, including client account management and data entry
  • Assist with the preparation of client reviews and presentations
  • Request and verify client information and documentation to maintain accurate client files
  • Coordinate meetings and events for Investment Advisors, including printing and distributing reports
  • Monitor and ensure timely completion of pending transfers
Requirements
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) certification
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, with regular communication with clients and RBC partners across Canada
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service, with a professional, warm, and friendly demeanor
