Financial Services Associate

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join our advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our Investment Advisors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional servicing of client contacts, including telephone and email interactions
- Support Investment Advisors with general administrative duties, including client account management
- Assist with the preparation of client reviews and presentations
- Request information and documentation from clients to maintain accurate client files
- Coordinate meetings and prepare mailings, such as seminars and newsletters
- Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Bilingualism (English and French) required for serving clients and working with RBC partners and employees across Canada
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service
