Job Title: Director, Product Pricing Strategy

At PagerDuty, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our product pricing strategy efforts. As a key member of our pricing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive pricing strategy that drives revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement pricing frameworks that optimize revenue and profitability
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform pricing decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and execute pricing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement collateral to support pricing initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS subscription monetization strategies and pricing principles
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience managing strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with MBA preferred
