ERP Implementation Opportunity at Live Assets

**Job Summary**

Live Assets is seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Implementation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our manufacturing client's Epicor Kinetic implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Technical Management**: Oversee the technical aspects of the Epicor Kinetic implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with 3rd party consultants to drive the end-to-end process from business requirement to configuration and production deployment.
  • **Data Mapping**: Map data from 4 ERP/Financial systems to a single Kinetic instance, ensuring accurate and efficient data transfer.
  • **Data Loads**: Prepare and execute data loads, resolving any load errors in collaboration with the implementation team.
  • **Functional Support**: Provide functional solution support for all new process implementations, ensuring business requirements are met.
  • **Solution Support**: Support the solutions team across all phases from instance design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • **Design and Architecture**: Understand the functional and technical design and architecture to be implemented in the Kinetic instance.
  • **Business Process Management**: Develop Business Process Management functions (BPMs), Business Activity Queries (BAQs), and Dashboards as approved by the solution design team.
  • **Client Support**: Provide support and maintenance to clients for day-to-day technical problems that may arise throughout the migration efforts.
  • **Environment Setup**: Work in conjunction with the infrastructure team on environment setup.

**Requirements**

  • **Technical Experience**: 5-10+ years of technical and functional experience with Epicor ERP/Kinetic.
  • **Implementation Experience**: Experience with prior Epicor implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • **Troubleshooting**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with root cause analysis identification.
  • **Technical Skills**: Technical skills to generate Data Migration Tool loads BPMs, BAQs, and Dashboards.
  • **Reporting**: Experience in Crystal Reports to SSRS conversion.
  • **Database Skills**: Ability to extract data from SQL and Pervasive databases.
  • **Manufacturing Experience**: Experience in a manufacturing environment and working with Bills of Materials and Methods of Manufacturing is desirable.
  • **Education**: 4-year degree in technical fields such as Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems.
