Role Overview
The Lead ERP Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding the complete lifecycle of manufacturing ERP implementations. This includes understanding client requirements, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring clients are equipped to manage their new systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities
As a Lead ERP Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  1. Delivering projects on time and within budget.
  2. Maintaining the cost of quality (COQ) of projects at or below 4%.
  3. Managing client expectations, deliverables, and the scope of work.
  4. Utilizing the skills of the implementation team while ensuring your billable time does not exceed 30% on any project.
  5. Securing a reference letter from clients upon project completion.

Additional Duties
Your role will also encompass:

  1. Providing services for new implementations, feature additions, and business strategy realignment.
  2. Offering professional insights and actionable solutions to clients.
  3. Analyzing customer requirements and translating them into effective solution architecture.
  4. Supporting user acceptance testing and planning for go-live.
  5. Applying in-depth product knowledge and industry best practices.
  6. Delivering high-quality service while adhering to budget constraints.
  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose effective solutions.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who:

  1. Possess deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, particularly from a manufacturing perspective.
  2. Have extensive experience in the manufacturing sector and its best practices.
  3. Bring over 5 years of experience in implementing manufacturing ERP systems.
