Role Overview
As a Lead ERP Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the comprehensive journey of ERP implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless transition to new systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee timely and budget-conscious implementations.
- Maintain project quality, ensuring the cost of quality does not exceed 4%.
- Manage client expectations, deliverables, and the scope of projects.
- Utilize team resources effectively, ensuring the lead consultant's billable time remains under 30% on typical projects.
- Secure client testimonials and successfully conclude projects.
- Deliver services encompassing new implementations, feature enhancements, and strategic realignment.
- Provide expert advice and actionable solutions to clients.
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective solution architecture.
- Support user acceptance testing and go-live planning.
- Apply in-depth product knowledge and industry best practices.
- Ensure quality service delivery within budget constraints while seeking cost-reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and propose optimized solutions.

Qualifications:
