Job Title: Client Solutions Manager

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Trading and Service team, you will be responsible for handling client escalations, providing expert advice, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving complex issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, as well as industry trends and market mechanics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, and implement solutions to drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments, ensuring compliance and risk management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, and provide input on process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the brokerage industry, with a strong understanding of trading and market mechanics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Fluency in French is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred.
