Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional, courteous, and positive experiences for clients and business line partners.
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of industry-related information, SiT product and service offerings, and all SiT platforms.
- Actively and effectively respond to complex complaints, providing responses verbally or in writing as needed.
- Contribute to the maximization of Contact Centre efficiency by accurately documenting and tracking complaints, identifying knowledge gaps for future training or skill builds.
- Act as a liaison, coordinating with various areas, and facilitating knowledge sharing in the New Hire Training program.
- Take on additional projects assigned by Sr. Client Solutions – Support to improve our service.
- Achieve and maintain required service level standards by minimizing risk and losses, adhering to Scotiabank's policies and procedures, and demonstrating leadership with frontline agents and clients.
- Fluency in French is required.
- Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing (DFOL) is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching experience, and strong problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Strong knowledge of technology used to support trading and service functions is an asset.
