We are seeking a highly skilled Client Solutions Manager to join our team at Gallagher. As a key member of our Commercial Multi-National team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our multi-national clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of clients, driving the renewal cycle and handling day-to-day policy changes.
- Collaborate with insurers to ensure seamless policy placement and adherence to binding authority.
- Recognize upselling and cross-selling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads and working with Account Executives to bind clients.
- Stay ahead of new products and policy changes, consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge.
We are looking for a solution-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to develop deep relationships with clients and build synergy with colleagues. Your ability to prioritize effectively and maintain a keen eye for detail will enable you to exceed client expectations every time.
