Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of customer service, product quality, and store appearance are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Lead by example to demonstrate the importance of customer satisfaction
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Conduct regular store walk-thrus to ensure a clean and welcoming environment
  • People:
    • Lead by example and promote a positive and respectful work environment
    • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
    • Monitor and address any performance issues promptly and fairly
  • Operations:
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, including cash handling, food safety, and health and safety protocols
    • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize sales
    • Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fast-paced food service environment
  • 6 months previous restaurant experience required
  • Thorough knowledge of Tim Hortons products and procedures
  • Current certification in approved food safety training (Advanced.fst or ServeSafe) is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to stand for entire shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
