Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Okanagan Good Food Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
