Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Reception and Office Assistant. This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours of work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
  • Respond to codes and alarms, and provide information to callers
  • Provide reception, registration, admission, discharge, and clerical services
Requirements
  • Medical Administrative Assistant diploma
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
Working Conditions

This is a casual position with no guaranteed hours of work. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
