Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at OM-Kitchen Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and presentation.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training on food preparation, cooking, and handling.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and ordering.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
