- Manage inventory, ordering supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Develop and implement new recipes, menu items, and cooking techniques to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus, specials, and promotions that meet customer demands and exceed expectations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service, to maintain high-quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Manage kitchen budgets, including inventory, supplies, and labor costs, to maintain profitability.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 32 to 40 hours per week.
