Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2197131 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
* Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
* Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
* Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient service

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
