At BioScript Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and editing various forms of correspondence, including letters, invoices, and reports.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, reviewing, and editing correspondence, presentations, and publications;
  • Data entry and general administrative duties;
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all interactions;
  • Organizing and maintaining office records and files;
  • Photocopying, faxing, scanning, and organizing documents for distribution, mailing, binding, and filing;
  • Accurately and appropriately filing correspondence, invoices, and receipts.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • One year of experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingualism in French and English;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
